CHI-ME

Cancel contracts here

Here you can cancel your membership (Kira or CHI-ME's World), even without signing in. You'll immediately receive a confirmation of receipt by email.

You do not need a Link account or a phone number for this: your name and the email address of your account are enough.

We use this address to find your subscription. The confirmation is also sent to it.

Type of cancellation

An ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Until then you can keep using everything.
