Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (MSCG LTD, Serghides House, Office 102, 61 Archbishop Makarios III Avenue, 6017 Larnaca, Republic of Cyprus, email: info@chi-me.eu) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

How it works in practice

  • Payment is processed by Link (Stripe group) as the payee (see terms, section 4). The refund is made by Link to your original means of payment. Instead of contacting us, you can also send your withdrawal to Link support (keyword “cooling off period”).
  • With the withdrawal your membership ends; access to the content of the level is blocked.
  • The right to withdraw from a gift membership belongs to the person who bought it.
  • Please state the email address of your account or the email address used for the purchase in your withdrawal, so that we can identify the purchase.
